When you become a parent your life, priorities, values, and love change forever. If you thought you knew what love is, you’re wrong. Having a child especially as a mom opens an entire new light to what love means and feels like. I love my husband and my family endlessly, but I love my baby in an entirely different way. Sometimes I love her so much it hurts.
Ryann Sawyer, you made me a mom, a warrior, a best friend and a role model. You are the best part of every single day no matter if we had the best or worst day possible. Your cuddles, giggles and love have filled a hole in mine and Dada’s hearts that we didn’t even know was missing. Watching you grow from a beautiful 5lb 15.8oz baby one year ago today to this gorgeous, strong, active, silly, healthy, playful, cuddle bug this past year has been the most rewarding experience as your Mama. We love you so much Ryann Sawyer and wish you the happiest first birthday my sweet baby girl.
Now we take on year two as you go from infant to toddler. We bring on new and exciting challenges and milestones. We cannot wait to watch you grow into your own little human being.
